Job Summary

Learn to apply Chorus quality procedures for bids and projects, with a focus on the Defense business, and help manage QMS document workflows using the Chorus tool. You’ll support teams in recording and managing customer requirements, ensuring deliverables meet regulations and standards, and taking a risk-driven approach to quality assurance. You’ll also coordinate with quality stakeholders, support internal audit and certification planning, and communicate quality advice at key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn to apply Chorus procedures to assure quality for bids and projects in the Defense business.
•Manage customer requirements and support bid/project teams in recording, understanding, and efficiently handling them.
•Support quality assurance activities with a risk-driven mindset and focus on quality value-added activities.
•Support execution verification by evaluating achievements at key milestones/deliverables and providing quality advice and visibility to management.
•Manage Chorus QMS document management (Chorus Management System) and support internal audit plan and certification plan activities in coordination with quality managers.

Key Requirements

•Engineering Master’s degree (Telecommunication, Electronics, Management).
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work across office, smart working, and construction sites.
•Good verbal and written communication skills in English and stakeholder-facing presentation/meeting skills.
•Planning and reporting skills, including teamwork in a multicultural/multilanguage environment.
