•2+ years of experience in agile or scrum methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
•Previous experience in technology product ownership with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
•Experience in capital planning processes, manufacturing process flows, and long term roadmap maintenance.
•IE experience.
