Key Responsibilities

•Lead key-scale farm project development and coordinate resources to advance business partnerships and growth.
•Implement channel management and development strategies to expand reach.
•Be responsible for premix sales across regional swine/poultry/ruminant species within designated areas.
•Plan regional channel layouts, develop and establish benchmark customers, and drive market coverage from a few to many.
•Provide timely, on-site nutrition technology solutions and organize market promotion activities and customer visits.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher; 3+ years of frontline experience in large-scale livestock farming enterprises preferred; experience selling feed or premium animal health products.
•Strong communication and conflict management skills; ability to advocate value-based marketing concepts.
•Good market analysis, judgment, and customer service mindset; capable of handling travel and field work.
•Ability to coordinate internal and external resources for market activities and customer visits.
•Wamiliarity with premix products and nutrition-related solutions is a plus.
