Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a portfolio of projects aligned to strategy, strategic change, or initiatives with significant organizational impact.
  • •Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • •Develop and document business process models for current and future states, including detailed documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions.
  • •Design and propose technical and process solutions that meet business needs, partnering with development teams to configure the platform and build solutions.
  • •Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes; communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; advanced degree preferred.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience with acquiring/merchant acceptance/payment optimization or card scheme consulting; knowledge of authorization optimization, interchange economics, and fraud management preferred.
  • •Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with MS Visio, JIRA, and Confluence is expected.
