Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively maintain manufacturing assets as part of a multi-skilled team, completing root cause analysis and returning equipment safely and timely.
  • •Perform proactive and reactive maintenance while continuously improving processes and procedures related to equipment maintenance.
  • •Support the site reliability agenda by identifying failure modes and trends, running root cause analysis processes, and driving agreed actions.
  • •Risk assess maintenance tasks using site-specific or dynamic risk assessments and report tasks in the CMMS; participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • •Issue work permits and supervise contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical bias is essential—hold relevant electrical qualifications.
  • •Be multi-skilled across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • •Have experience in fast-paced, safety-driven environments.
  • •Demonstrate strong fault-finding skills across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
  • •Be able to read engineering drawings and operate workshop tools.
