Key Requirements

  • •PhD with 5+ years, or Master’s with 7+ years, or Bachelor’s with 10+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields, with demonstrated semiconductor photolithography process development experience.
  • •Demonstrated track record defining and accomplishing photolithography process & equipment roadmaps.
  • •Deep knowledge of optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging.
  • •Advanced proficiency with lithography simulation tools, material characterization, DOE, SPC, and basic statistical data analysis.
  • •Technical leadership capabilities, including strategic thinking and effective mentorship.
