Job Summary

Engage with clients across your territory to deliver technical and business value in partnership with Account Executives and Senior Solutions Architects. Conduct hands-on evaluations using Spark and develop integrations with cloud ecosystems and third-party applications. Serve as a Big Data Analytics advisor on architecture and design, authoring reference architectures and how-tos, contributing to the technical community through workshops, and growing toward an independently operating Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

•Form successful relationships with clients in your assigned territory to deliver technical and business value with an Account Executive and Senior Solutions Architect.
•Run hands-on evaluations and Spark programming, integrating with cloud ecosystems and third-party applications.
•Serve as an advisor on big data analytics architecture and design.
•Support customers by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications.
•Contribute to the technical community through engagement at workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.

Key Requirements

•Familiarity working with clients, creating narratives, answering questions, aligning agendas to interests, and achieving tangible outcomes.
•Ability to independently deliver a technical proposition, identify customer pain points, and explain business value to build a trusted advisor skillset.
•Code in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
•Knowledgeable in a core Big Data Analytics domain with exposure to advanced proofs-of-concept and an understanding of a major public cloud platform.
•Experience diving deeper into solution architecture and design.
