Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including managing Financial Advisor prospect pipeline, assisting with proposal generation, preparing paperwork, opening accounts, transitioning new assets, and establishing a client service plan.
  • •Answer incoming phone calls appropriately, manage client needs where possible, and advise Financial Advisors on actions taken.
  • •Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) for Financial Advisors and use the platform to manage client relationships through mailings, reporting, and email tracking.
  • •Assemble and generate materials, paperwork, and reports for client meetings; may schedule appointments and conference rooms.
  • •Support client account transactions and operations, including completing required account servicing activities and proactively reviewing investment opportunities to notify Financial Advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience.
  • •Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam plus Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and Series 65, or willingness to study and obtain within 18 months of hire.
  • •Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn Baird’s Private Wealth Management technology platforms.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and strong organizational skills.
