Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze existing processes and identify optimization potential
  • •Introduce, implement, and audit Lean methods and 5S standards
  • •Plan and moderate workshops, trainings, and Kaizen activities
  • •Support functions and leadership in implementing improvement measures
  • •Develop and maintain standards, work instructions, and visual management concepts

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in engineering, business/industrial engineering, production engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • •Several years of experience in Lean Management, Operational Excellence, or continuous improvement processes
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean methods, especially 5S, Kaizen, Shopfloor Management, value stream analysis, and Standard Work
  • •Experience moderating workshops and trainings
  • •Experience in a production/industrial environment and confident handling of KPIs and visual management methods
