Senior Manager - Culture Innovation

Shape VF’s APAC culture innovation vision and drive execution across the brand portfolio in Asia, with Japan as the anchor market. Lead annual and seasonal culture innovation planning, build a rolling roadmap of cultural moments, partnerships, and activations, and identify cultural white spaces for test-and-learn pilots. Own Japan’s Culture Innovation Hub programming, define an APAC measurement framework for business impact, manage budgets/vendors, and serve as the APAC liaison to the Global Culture Innovation team.
