Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with the Ops Manager and Security Manager to perform day-of-show duties.
  • •Respond to elevated guest and staff inquiries; address security and customer service concerns and complaints.
  • •Lead pre-shift meetings; create pre-shift sheets and relay information from management to staff.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, maintain line of sight/atmosphere control, and ensure security of Back of House areas.
  • •Complete incident reports and collect witness statements; manage lost-and-found turn-in and support ejection logs/incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).

  • •High School Diploma required.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time with strong conflict resolution and upbeat attitude.
