Job Summary

Build AI infrastructure and agentic workflows that enable an AI-native engineering team for the Ads Platform. Architect a centralized context layer, design end-to-end agent workflows (code generation, test creation, PR pre-review, and deployment validation), and create AI-powered operational workflows for incident triage and guided resolution. Drive standardized AI development environments and adoption through hands-on enablement, using applied AI with RAG and agent frameworks to improve speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and build a centralized context layer grounded in team-specific knowledge for AI agents.
•Design and implement agentic workflows across the full development lifecycle (AI code generation, automated test creation, PR pre-review, deployment validation).
•Create AI-powered operational workflows for incident triage, log/metric correlation, root cause analysis, and guided resolution.
•Develop multi-agent orchestration so parallel agents coordinate implementation, testing, and documentation.
•Set up standardized AI development environments and drive team-wide AI adoption through enablement and feedback loops.

Salary: USD 600,000 - 1,066,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years focused on applied AI systems.
•Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production, including orchestration and evaluation frameworks.

•Strong software engineering fundamentals for production-grade systems.
•Deep experience with retrieval-augmented generation, including document indexing, embedding strategies, retrieval pipelines, and grounding techniques.
