Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the communications strategy focused on proactive internal communications for employees.
  • •Advise senior leaders on messaging, audiences, timing, and approach; draft executive communications, talking points, presentations, and announcements.
  • •Build and manage internal communications channels and rhythms including town halls, newsletters, leadership updates, employee announcements, and change communications.
  • •Partner with People & Culture, Commercial, and Marketing to align internal and external messaging and oversee select external corporate communications and PR activities.
  • •Measure communications effectiveness using employee feedback and data, adjust plans, and lead and develop one communications team member.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 18+ years of progressive experience in corporate, internal, or strategic communications, ideally within biotech or life sciences.
  • •Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills to translate complex business and technical information into clear communications.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop communications strategies and exercise strong judgment with sensitive or confidential information.
  • •Experience leading communications through growth and transformation with a strategic yet hands-on planning and execution approach.
  • •Experience managing and developing communications professionals.
