•Oversee reflow profile creation and validations using risk management techniques.
•Create and validate AOI programs.
•Translate engineering design or equipment requirements into process documentation.
•Computer and machine programming for Rework, detection, and inspection.
•Lead root cause and corrective action investigations to solve problems and prevent recurrences.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•3 years in a manufacturing environment.
•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
•Must be able to work a 4th shift (Friday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts, plus 4 hours midweek) with a shift premium.
•Knowledge of reflow, AOI programming, Lean Manufacturing concepts, and creating Manufacturing Data Packages.
