•Accogliere i clienti e fornire una shopping experience unica e memorabile, facendoli sentire coccolati, ascoltati e consigliati al meglio.
•Offrire consulenze personalizzate in base al tipo di cliente e alle sue esigenze di beauty.
•Supportare lo Store Manager e gli Specialist nella gestione delle attività quotidiane del negozio.
•Contribuire attivamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi dello Store (budget e target) e adattarsi ai cambi di strategia.
•Riordinare e gestire il magazzino e le delivery, collaborando al clima di squadra e al successo del punto vendita.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in similar retail roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) is preferred, ideally in dynamic multinational environments
•Ability to deliver personalized consultations based on customer needs and preferences
•Knowledge of the main sales KPIs and a strong orientation to customer satisfaction
•Empathy, dynamism, and teamwork with the ability to adapt to changing strategies and actions set by managers
•Proactive collaboration with team members and willingness to contribute to achieving store budgets and targets
