Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own the enterprise SAP S/4HANA cutover strategy, governance, policies, standards, and deployment methodology.
  • •Lead global cutover activities across multiple implementation waves and manage regional cutover managers across Americas, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
  • •Oversee integrated deployment schedules and planning for migrations, transports, data migration, infrastructure readiness, disaster recovery validation, security readiness, integrations, business continuity, and hypercare.
  • •Own global deployment risk management, including rollback/contingency strategies and executive risk assessments; manage cross-program dependencies and deployment conflicts.
  • •Establish hypercare governance and operational transition, lead command center activities, manage vendor deliverables, and build/mentor a global cutover management organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field.
  • •15+ years of SAP implementation and enterprise transformation experience.
  • •10+ years leading enterprise-scale SAP programs.
  • •8+ years leading SAP cutover, deployment, or release management organizations.
  • •Demonstrated success delivering multi-country, multi-wave SAP deployments (including at least three global SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations).
