Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess client environments and challenges, using structured methods to discover, deliver, and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • •Develop, implement, and optimize PMO and controls & performance strategies, including functional set-up and optimization.
  • •Define and write reports supporting findings and recommendations across engagement stages.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with senior (C-suite) client representatives.
  • •Support bid/proposal activity and identify business generation opportunities; contribute to internal transformation products and approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • •Experience working on major capital projects/programmes with PMO/controls & performance responsibilities (schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting) in infrastructure (Defence, Nuclear, Rail, Airport, Highways, Utilities) or similar.
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Experience writing/presenting reports and navigating complex stakeholder environments, engaging with C-suite/executive teams as required.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 and diagramming/collaboration and controls & performance tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Slack/Microsoft Teams, Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI).
