Key Responsibilities

  • •Visualize complex information and concepts in simple and effective ways across design channels and touchpoints
  • •Lead design projects from concept to completion with collaboration across business, tech and marketing teams
  • •Develop UI mock-ups and hi-fi prototypes illustrating site functionality and create original graphics
  • •Produce final design solutions (banners, interfaces, presentations, infographics) from drafts to prototypes
  • •Kickstart and facilitate design discussions/workshops with users and stakeholders to translate needs into design prototypes

Key Requirements

  • •5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in financial services
  • •Proficiency with design software such as InVision and Figma, and graphics tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • •Experience with user research, usability testing and translating insights into designs
  • •Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, mobile-first and responsive design (Bootstrap)
  • •Strong storytelling and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
