Job Summary

Lead UX/UI design thinking and develop comprehensive UI/UX strategies for financial services projects. Independently step into customers’ shoes to visualize business opportunities, collaborate with business, tech and marketing teams, and produce engaging designs from concept to final assets, including hi-fi prototypes, journey maps, and workshops with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Visualize complex information and concepts in simple and effective ways across design channels and touchpoints
•Lead design projects from concept to completion with collaboration across business, tech and marketing teams
•Develop UI mock-ups and hi-fi prototypes illustrating site functionality and create original graphics
•Produce final design solutions (banners, interfaces, presentations, infographics) from drafts to prototypes
•Kickstart and facilitate design discussions/workshops with users and stakeholders to translate needs into design prototypes

Key Requirements

•5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in financial services
•Proficiency with design software such as InVision and Figma, and graphics tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
•Experience with user research, usability testing and translating insights into designs
•Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, mobile-first and responsive design (Bootstrap)
•Strong storytelling and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
