Job Summary

Serve as a military subject matter expert for USAA across the National Guard enterprise, building relationships with installation senior leadership and developing business opportunity events for military members and their families. Lead face-to-face marketing and informational initiatives, coordinate installation marketing agreements, analyze campaign performance, and advise leaders on market trends. Provide training to new employees and ROTC units, manage related budgets, and ensure risk and compliance in all business activities.

•Ability to use Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) to develop analyses and documentation.
