Key Responsibilities

  • •Support reliability stress tests (HAST, Temperature Cycle, HTS, THS, Moisture Soak) and semiconductor electrical test operations per process specifications and SOPs.
  • •Troubleshoot process and equipment issues using DOE and analysis to resolve defects.
  • •Maintain equipment to ensure readiness, uptime, and adherence to safety standards.
  • •Support lot movement and smooth process flow across operations to meet TAT requirements, including 6S/ESD/workplace safety compliance.
  • •Coordinate vendor support for equipment maintenance, calibration, service activities; assist with material handling, inventory control, and shipping/logistics for outgoing lots.
