Key Responsibilities

•Lead the complete lifecycle of a project from build and configuration to delivery of o9 solutions to customers.
•Map business requirements into o9’s platform and create a clear phased achievable blueprint.
•Configure o9 models, planning workflows, and analytics dashboards to address operations and supply chain problems, including performance monitoring.
•Define and implement data integration strategies between o9 and enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or other ERPs.
•Conduct user training, support go-live adoption with change management, provide post-go-live support, and mentor junior members.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in o9 implementation and supply chain planning.
•Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
•Experience configuring and deploying o9’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and Data Model in 2–3 end-to-end implementations.
•Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data transformations.
•Ability to work with large datasets, APIs, and cloud-based analytics tools.
