Job Summary

Build AI agents that power an agentic platform for the industrial supply chain. You’ll design and ship production “agent harnesses” on frontier LLMs, create evals and datasets from real traces, and architect the data/services/APIs that connect to customer systems like WMS, TMS, and ERP. Embed with customers and operators to take 0-to-1 ideas into scaled deployments, owning both the agent infrastructure and evaluation discipline.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed with customers and operators to understand how supply chains run and design agents that take meaningful work off their plate.
•Build production agent systems on frontier LLMs, including tool use, sub-agents, retrieval, structured outputs, MCP servers, and orchestration.
•Own evaluation using datasets from real traces, rubrics/graders, and experiments to improve measurable performance.
•Architect the data, services, and APIs the agent layer depends on, integrating with customers’ WMS, TMS, and ERP environments.
•Codify repeatable deployment patterns so new customer rollouts are faster over time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record shipping LLM- or agent-based features to production.
•Strong in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, and comfortable designing APIs, distributed systems, and data models in PostgreSQL.
•Hands-on with the modern agent stack: prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, orchestration patterns, and frontier model APIs.
•Experience building in fast, ambiguous environments (ideally at a vertical AI/AI-agent/data-product company).
•Excellent written and verbal communication, able to run customer workshops and write clean design docs.
