Job Summary

Hybrid, high-impact role leading Endava’s quarterly tax reporting and forecasting in a listed, cross-border environment. You’ll ensure IAS 12 compliance, partner with Group Finance and external auditors, drive process automation, and analyse tax drivers and M&A scenarios to influence strategic decisions across the global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Endava’s quarterly tax reporting and forecasting, ensuring high-quality outputs and robust insights for senior stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with IAS 12 and other tax-related accounting standards across the Group.
•Partner closely with Group Finance and external auditors, becoming a trusted advisor for tax accounting matters.
•Identify opportunities to automate, optimise and enhance processes through technology.
•Analyse effective tax rate drivers, model scenarios (including M&A impact), and conduct benchmarking to support strategic decisions.

Key Requirements

•A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
•Strong technical experience in group consolidated tax reporting within a multinational or complex environment.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
•Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
•Experience working with cross-functional teams, often across multiple time zones.
