  • •Manage mechanical engineering projects to meet quality, performance, schedule, and cost objectives in a cross-functional environment.
  • •Independently plan, schedule, and track engineering objectives and deliverables.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer requirements and translate them into product specifications.
  • •Lead a core team of 2–3 engineers/designers by mentoring them while driving product design decisions based on complex data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
  • •Experience/training in project management; PMP certification is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Computer literacy with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, FEA, and 2D/3D CAD (CATIA experience a plus).
  • •Experience with product development including design, DFM, prototypes, root-cause analysis, and quality/statistical tools (DOE, process capability, stackups) using Lean Six-Sigma techniques.
