Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and resolve complex incidents in first- and second-level support for workplace systems, printers, telephony, and hardware/software to ensure smooth onsite operations per SLAs.
  • •Act as the central onsite point of contact for Thales DE IT operational requirements, ensuring local user satisfaction and timely ticket handling within your workgroups.
  • •Administer local IT systems (client and backend), install and configure Windows clients, and support business departments with onsite tasks (e.g., server and network).
  • •Own asset management, maintain the hardware data, organize and manage IT equipment, contribute to and administer an MDM platform, and create and maintain technical documentation.
  • •Provide technical input for local projects/initiatives, identify process/workflow weaknesses, and support improvement measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training in Fachinformatik for Systemintegration or a comparable qualification.
  • •Long-term experience in IT support with solid understanding of IT operations, support processes, and Microsoft systems.
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured, independent working style.
  • •Good knowledge of ITIL and IT operations in regulated environments, and experience with ServiceNow is beneficial.
  • •Excellent German and good English skills (written and spoken).
