Job Summary

Manage the development and execution of midstream natural gas facility projects, including transmission pipeline, compression, storage, gathering, treating, and processing. Define project scopes and cost estimates, lead project teams of internal and external service providers, and create project controls. Ensure safety, reliability, environmental and human impact mitigation, maintain compliance documentation, prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, and deliver status updates to sponsors and upper management. Travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and prepare job scopes and cost estimates for natural gas facility projects.
•Provide leadership and direction to project teams composed of internal and external service providers.
•Create and direct project controls and ensure appropriate project documentation for compliance with governing policies.
•Prepare and deliver presentations and communicate project proposals, descriptions, and status to upper management and stakeholders.
•Manage safety-focused project execution and provide accurate monthly project cash flow forecasts.

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
•Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in engineering or managing midstream natural gas facility and pipeline projects (preferably 5 years).

•Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting proposals and results to internal and external customers.
