Construction Project Manager - Owners Representative

Own end-to-end construction project delivery for new development and remodels in Dallas, including site acquisition, feasibility and due diligence, entitlements and permitting, and construction/bid coordination. Build and manage budgets, forecast costs and contingencies, evaluate change orders, and track progress to milestones. Serve as a key liaison with municipalities, utilities, agencies, vendors, and contractors while leading weekly meetings and managing project closeout documentation.
