Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve performance expectations for collection efforts based on individual goals and objectives for assigned accounts.
  • •Provide clients cure plans and negotiate payment arrangements to cure delinquency in accordance with policies and guidelines.
  • •Manage client communications and disclose relevant account information accurately, professionally, and transparently.
  • •Work accounts thoroughly using established procedures (contact attempts, required letters, etc.) and execute call scripts from training.
  • •Document all collection efforts in the system of record, process payments/transactions, and complete required CBT courses on time.
