Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver aircraft maintenance under Boeing’s MAA MRP Part 145 approval or the MOD customer’s approval.
  • •Control the assembly, disassembly, and/or modification of aerospace vehicle components, including troubleshooting and corrective actions per authorised maintenance documents.
  • •Provide direct leadership, control, oversight, mentoring, and supervision of multidiscipline teams of supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
  • •Act as SME for their current aircraft type authority, including independent inspections and maintenance work order coordination and release for flight.
  • •Maintain health and safety requirements and adherence to stop work/incident reporting processes, while mitigating and escalating emerging risks and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Experience in aircraft maintenance, repair and modification of aircraft/components, with demonstrable technical knowledge.
  • •Working knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Regulatory Publication (MRP) Part 145, aviation Quality Assurance (QA), and Safety Management System (SMS) applications within area of responsibility.
  • •Proven ability to supervise, plan, sequence, distribute, and control technical work and associated paperwork for working teams on aircraft.
  • •Recognised relevant trade apprenticeship or trade experience equivalent (or equivalent experience).
