Lead and deliver high-impact Dynamics 365 (CE/ERP) programs for enterprise clients. Own delivery accountability, manage risk and scope, oversee plans and change management, mentor teams, and drive growth opportunities across accounts and services in a global IT/consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Have delivery accountability of contracted solutions at the programme or project level, ensuring adherence to deal economics, schedule, and quality standards.
•Effectively managing overall project/programme risks, making critical adjustments as necessary and gaining buy-in from senior management for key project plans.
•Overseeing and driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive project work plans.
•Accountability of the traceability of project requirements throughout the project life cycle.
•Providing strategic direction for all change management activities and supporting clients in their change enablement processes

Key Requirements

•Specific experience implementing Dynamics 365 (CE or ERP) for Enterprise level clients.
•Extensive understanding of contract terms and interpretation, with strong customer expectations management skills.
•Proven experience using project/program management disciplines with effective estimation, planning and scope management.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies and expertise in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (ADO) for precise project tracking.
•PMI PMP or PgM certification and a bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field are advantageous.
