Ensure correct handling of PII, monitor data quality, and reduce compliance risks. Collaborate with product, marketing, and performance teams using signals sent to Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive budget and optimization decisions by ensuring accurate ROAS and related reporting.
•Improve speed and scalability of campaign reporting to support timely optimization.
•Maintain reliable data pipelines and transformations to protect team trust in analytics outputs.
•Handle PII fields correctly throughout the pipeline to reduce compliance risk.
•Collaborate with product, marketing, and advertising teams to translate event data into actionable signals.

Key Requirements

•Excellent SQL skills for efficient queries on very large datasets, including partitioning, clustering, and query cost management in BigQuery.
•Experience with dbt (Dataform is a plus), building and maintaining code-based transformations with tests and documentation.
•Strong data modeling skills to design structures that scale with new business requirements.
•Attention to pipeline-level data detail, including spotting anomalies early and proactively improving monitoring and alerts.
•Ability to work across product, marketing, and advertising, understanding how events influence targeting and performance.
