Key Responsibilities

•Lead BIM coordination tasks for the project ensuring design intent is captured in models and drawings.
•Develop and manage BIM execution plans, clash detections, and coordination drawings for multiple project disciplines.
•Prepare 2D/3D presentations, models, design drawings and renderings to support client communication.
•Collaborate with internal and external consultants to review design concepts and ensure timely delivery.
•Mentor junior team members and contribute to project programming and resource forecasting.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of working experience in BIM coordination within architectural design and construction environments
•Qualified Architect with a 5-year BArch degree from a reputed Indian institute
•Proficiency in Revit with exposure to common data environment / ACC
•Ability to lead specific aspects of a project and project team, delivering Tender and Construction Stage works packages
•Strong ability to communicate technical details graphically and verbally to colleagues and client teams
