Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead one or more process modules for 3D NAND integrated circuits, including development and operation.
  • •Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules and set clear module direction and continual improvement plans.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve potential structural, electrical, and reliability issues using a model-based approach.
  • •Optimize structural development, electrical performance, parametric verification, and process control with manufacturability assessment.
  • •Design and implement device/process experiments, analyze results, coordinate multi-functional activities (e.g., reticle tapeouts and flow/traveler changes), and support R&D to high-volume manufacturing technology transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD (≥12 yrs) or Master’s (≥15 yrs) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Adept at data analysis, problem-solving, and process integration optimization.
  • •Ability to develop end-to-end understanding of PI modules for new NAND technologies and related structural/electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •In-depth knowledge and experience with non-volatile memories (NAND), including understanding of NAND process flow and yield/reliability issues.
  • •Proficiency with scripting/programming and engineering/analytics tools (e.g., Python, SolidWorks, Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
