Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area throughout the shift.
  • •Inspect containers and lids for quality; set aside reject conditions and alert Leads, Mold Tech, and Supervisor.
  • •Monitor molds for irregularities (e.g., sticking) and respond promptly to quality issues.
  • •Assemble and package product by installing required gaskets/components, flaming containers/lids when required, and stacking/packing per instructions.
  • •Complete required paperwork and assist with material handling, labeling, and cleanup tasks during production interruptions.
