Rental Coordinator

Coordinate daily rentals at an onsite facility by guiding customers through the EquipmentShare rental process using the proprietary T3 platform. Respond to inbound leads, resolve inquiries and complaints, and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Grow the customer base by building relationships with contractors and company principals, educating customers on how EquipmentShare saves them money and helps them operate more efficiently, and developing sales strategies to improve market share.
