Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain Workplace Security Architecture standards, principles, and reference architectures; drive Zero Trust adoption across workplace technologies and services.
  • •Design secure solutions for endpoint protection, device management, and remote access; govern security controls across Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and workplace services.
  • •Ensure secure integration of identity services (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO) and lead data protection initiatives (DLP and Information Protection).
  • •Develop and maintain workplace security policies, standards, and technical baselines; support risk assessments, exception management, and architecture review processes.
  • •Act as a trusted security advisor to IT, Architecture, Risk, and Business teams, presenting security architectures, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Workplace Security, Endpoint Security, EUC Security, or Information Security Architecture.
  • •Designing enterprise-scale workplace security solutions in large, multi-country environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne (EDR/XDR), Microsoft Intune and UEM/MDM, and Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO.
  • •Experience with Zero Trust, SASE, SSE, and secure remote access architectures, including vulnerability, patch management, and application control.
  • •Experience with security governance and architecture review processes and familiarity with DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and GDPR.
