Provide a consumer-focused experience by supporting customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Model and coach behaviors for the ultimate retail experience while recommending looks based on trends and promotions, promoting the Red Tab Loyalty program, and resolving elevated consumer concerns in line with company policy. Handle cash and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) and follow store procedures, reporting to the Store Manager.
