Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, maintain, and continuously improve a forward-looking view of business activity to inform business-critical planning across procurement, workforce planning, and network site access and outages.
  • •Provide a strategic, enterprise-wide view of project delivery, owning the short-term project pipeline and long-term demand forecast across SP Transmission.
  • •Lead business planning activities including project classification, portfolio allocation, and interface reporting to give stakeholders visibility of upcoming work, dependencies, and milestones.
  • •Identify and escalate risks, challenges, and interdependencies to optimize planning across procurement, contracting, workforce deployment, outages, and site access.
  • •Support stakeholder liaison and ensure proactive visibility with the SP Executive Team and Network Policy & Regulation to support business-wide optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in a business planning or reporting role in a regulatory capacity or related field.

  • •Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • •Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., PowerBI and MS Office).
