Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continuous improvement, cost-saving, and process-excellence initiatives, including first-pass yield and cost of poor quality reduction using RTX CORE principles.
  • •Manage acquisition, delivery, and commissioning of capital equipment and turnkey solutions, fixtures, and tooling while identifying mechanisation opportunities.
  • •Develop, evaluate, and implement manufacturing processes and product lines, optimizing processes such as peening, acid cleaning, polishing, and media finishing.
  • •Support First Article Inspection activities and Maintenance Review Board reviews; use data-driven root-cause analysis to resolve equipment, process, and non-conformance issues.
  • •Create and maintain bills of materials, routings, and work instructions; provide technical support to functional teams to meet production and business objectives.

Key Requirements
