Job Summary

Act as a go-to technical specialist for Camunda’s most strategic opportunities across EMEA North. Collaborate with prospects to translate business objectives into tailored solutions, deliver technical demos for stakeholder groups including C-level leaders, and lead end-to-end Proof of Concepts. Build adoption roadmaps that drive value at scale, support the sales cycle with Sales Engineers, and relay client feedback to product and engineering to shape enhancements.

•Collaborate with prospects to understand business objectives and technical needs, translating them into tailored Camunda solutions.
•Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos for stakeholders, including C-level executives.
•Lead the design and implementation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate Camunda’s effectiveness and adaptability.
•Formulate strategic adoption roadmaps aligned with prospects’ visions and focused on value at scale.
•Work with cross-functional sales teams throughout the sales cycle and convey client feedback to product management and engineering.

Salary: GBP 144,900 - 238,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar technical presales role, including sales experience explaining product benefits and handling objections.
•Strong Java programming skills and deep understanding of software, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
•Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda’s product.
•Fluent spoken and written English (native or C1/C2), able to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
