Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for SSO services under the IAM services portfolio, including understanding business/end-user/technical operation and capabilities.
  • •Execute proof-of-concepts, and ensure delivery of assigned projects/tasks in a timely manner with stakeholder collaboration.
  • •Develop, test, and deploy code packages to meet functional and non-functional requirements, including creating design packages and maintaining backlog/task tracking.
  • •Analyze and resolve complex issues affecting directory services, escalating to senior identity support when needed and enforcing architectural standards.
  • •Manage incident/problem lifecycle and run book activities, including monitoring, reporting metrics, and documenting changes for AD/AAD performance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a computer-related field (e.g., Computer Science or Computer Information Systems) or equivalent.
  • •3+ years of experience developing web applications.
  • •2+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management.
  • •Experience with identity provider technologies such as Ping Federate and Okta.
  • •Experience with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
