Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily, time-sensitive global payroll operations including entry, terminations, retro payments, adjustments, and stop payments.
  • •Calculate accurate final compensation for departing associates and format/interface financial files into the processing system.
  • •Execute scheduled and ad-hoc audits of financial data to maintain compliance and mitigate risk with high-quality execution.
  • •Post and reconcile compensation, benefit, and deduction transactions; review system outputs and correct errors in the processing system.
  • •Proactively resolve complex associate compensation inquiries and assist HR Help Desk representatives and HR partners with follow-ups and issue resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,800 - 64,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a financial transaction or operations role
  • •At least 2 years experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • •Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
