Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support the development of industry-standard distribution automation solutions across Global Atlantic’s annuity platforms
  • •Serve as a strategic partner to operations teams supporting annuity business lines
  • •Collaborate with TPAs and external partners to define, enhance, and implement automation capabilities aligned to industry standards
  • •Provide subject matter expertise on B2B-supported services for internal stakeholders and project teams, including capability reviews, impact assessments, and strategic recommendations
  • •Lead and represent project initiatives across cross-functional teams and external partners

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • •3+ years of experience in the annuity insurance industry within operations, technology, or a related function
  • •Working knowledge of annuity products and services; experience with platforms such as AN4, Affirm, FireLight, FIDx, LUMA, and iCapital is preferred
  • •Experience with annuity industry-standard operational technologies, such as DTCC, ACORD, and IRI
  • •Strong understanding of business and operational workflows related to annuity products
