Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the technical condition of plant equipment through operation, inspection, repair, and maintenance.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve defects independently in fully automated systems, including high-bay warehouses, conveyors, automated forklifts, ramps, gates, and winding equipment.
  • •Support innovation projects and test runs (installation and commissioning).
  • •Apply work systems and Lean Manufacturing practices to eliminate losses.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and participate in daily priority coordination (e.g., shift handover).

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as a mechatronics engineer, electrician, or comparable qualification.
  • •Analytical skills to describe and document problems clearly.

  • •Very good German communication skills (native or at least B2, spoken and written).
