Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, testing, and launch phases of merchant integrations with Adyen’s platform, ensuring technical integrity and adherence to payment best practices.
•Consult as a partner in verticals such as e-commerce and point of sale, guiding merchants through integration processes and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering to deliver seamless merchant experiences and drive improvements.
•Oversee project delivery using strong project management and technical consulting skills to guarantee successful implementation outcomes.
•Provide consultation on checkout experiences, authentication, omni-channel payments, and platform onboarding, coordinating with Developers and Product Managers to enhance the platform.

Key Requirements

•8+ years experience integrating and/or providing technical consultation when integrating with Web APIs.
•Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs, etc.), and desire to improve technical acumen.
•Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading meetings with high level decision makers.
•Empathetic to customer and end-user needs, with the ability to translate business requirements and workflows into technical solutions that deliver value.
•Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems
