Job Summary

Manage end-to-end customer orders from placing with the supply center through delivery and invoicing. Coordinate ordering, expediting, shipping arrangements with freight forwarders, and logistics documentation including LC and guarantees. Ensure accurate order data in the ERP system, handle post-delivery logistics claims, and provide timely updates to customers while resolving issues to support seamless delivery and strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Verify commercial terms and conditions, customer P.O. and handover details; book orders with required documents and approvals.
•Coordinate expediting with factories/suppliers to meet committed delivery dates and escalate/resolution issues during order handling.
•Confirm shipping arrangements and coordinate international air/sea/land freight with freight forwarders in compliance with country regulations.
•Manage invoicing by collecting and verifying supplier invoices, issuing customer invoices with required documents, and validating Letter of Credit shipment terms.
•Maintain accurate order data in the ERP system, manage logistics documentation and post-delivery logistics claims, and communicate with customers on inquiries and updates.

Key Requirements

•At least 3-8 years of experience in customer service or order handling in a foreign-invested manufacturing company.
•Good English skills (oral and written).
•ERP-relevant system experience is a plus; Scala is an added advantage.
•Strong commercial and Incoterms knowledge to support order processing and documentation.
•Ability to work on own initiative, handle high volume of orders, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
