Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, hire, manage, mentor, and coach a global team of engineers building the scalable Offensive Security Platform.
  • •Own ongoing improvements to existing offerings and the development of new products as the portfolio grows.
  • •Set and drive the technical vision and architecture for scale, stability, and resiliency.
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives and execution of technology initiatives.
  • •Establish engineering standards for quality, efficiency, and security while driving adoption of AI-assisted development best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • •15 years of software development experience, including 5 years building SaaS cybersecurity products.
  • •Strong multi-cloud engineering experience and experience with Secure SDL and DevOps/DevSecOps teams.
  • •Experience establishing engineering standards and best practices for AI-assisted software development, including tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
  • •Experience leading distributed international engineering teams and successfully recruiting, mentoring, and retaining engineering talent.
