Job Summary

Own the design, delivery, and governance of compensation programs as part of the Total Rewards COE. Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders across India to advise on job evaluation, pay decisions, market competitiveness, salary structures, and the annual compensation process. Lead sales incentive and off-cycle compensation reviews, oversee benefits coordination, and support Workday benefits transition and ongoing global/regional Total Rewards projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and deliver compensation solutions aligned to business objectives and workforce strategies.
•Consult on compensation matters including job evaluation, pay decisions, market competitiveness, salary structures, and support the annual compensation process.
•Lead sales incentive and incentive plan review processes with market-informed recommendations and effectiveness analysis.
•Manage off-cycle compensation review processes and ensure equitable use of compensation budgets.
•Oversee benefits-related coordination and support transition of benefits operations to Workday, including ongoing governance and Total Rewards projects.

Key Requirements

•10–12 years of Total Rewards or deep Compensation expertise, with strong experience across Total Rewards programs.
•Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, salary structure design, incentive planning, and pay governance.
•Experience managing compensation processes such as annual planning cycles, off-cycle reviews, and job evaluation.
•Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to interpret market data and recommend compensation actions.
•Workday skills are an advantage; knowledge of compensation-related legal and regulatory considerations.
