Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and deliver compensation solutions aligned to business objectives and workforce strategies.
  • •Consult on compensation matters including job evaluation, pay decisions, market competitiveness, salary structures, and support the annual compensation process.
  • •Lead sales incentive and incentive plan review processes with market-informed recommendations and effectiveness analysis.
  • •Manage off-cycle compensation review processes and ensure equitable use of compensation budgets.
  • •Oversee benefits-related coordination and support transition of benefits operations to Workday, including ongoing governance and Total Rewards projects.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of Total Rewards or deep Compensation expertise, with strong experience across Total Rewards programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, salary structure design, incentive planning, and pay governance.
  • •Experience managing compensation processes such as annual planning cycles, off-cycle reviews, and job evaluation.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to interpret market data and recommend compensation actions.
  • •Workday skills are an advantage; knowledge of compensation-related legal and regulatory considerations.
