Own customer inquiries for innovative tag and label solutions in the textile sector, finding answers from the existing portfolio or partnering with engineering and development to create new possibilities. Manage samples and pricing requests end-to-end, optimize cost and materials during sample development, and coordinate with Global Product Development, Procurement, Planning, and Production to prepare label references for mass production. Maintain Oracle Front End & Cloud pricing/cost systems and archive sample data to the MDI database.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage sample and pricing requests end-to-end using inputs from Hub GPD, LO Offices, Sales, and Customer Service.
•Optimize cost and materials during sample development to ensure high quality and value engineering.
•Coordinate globally and locally with Hub GPD, Procurement, Planning, and Production to prepare new label references for mass production.
•Use Oracle Front End (OFE) for pricing generation, update standard costs, and run weekly reports to resolve error logs.
•Execute pre-production setup and procure raw materials, set production schedules, and archive sample development data into the MDI database.
