Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement a compliance strategy for HSE across Smart Energy Service projects.
•Drive injury reduction through behavioral and cultural initiatives.
•Partner with Smart Energy Service leadership to achieve goals and objectives.
•Identify gaps via self-assessments, audits, and inspections to reduce project risk.
•Use Lean/Accelerator practices to improve HSE results and efficiencies.
